• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000.

• A standard shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to orders below Rs. 3,000.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (where applicable) so you can track your parcel.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If the parcel remains undelivered, it may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
